To provide (1) Targeted transitional and case management services that support service participants; (2) Mentoring program to improve the outcomes of service participants; (3) Educational support services to improve enrollment and graduation rates among service Participants; and (4) Family Involvement and Engagement support services through one-on-one and group counseling and family engagement events.
