New Insight Family Support Services is a 501(c3) Non-profit organization, whose mission is to improve health, emotional, educational & socio-economic outcomes and empower high-risk or at-risk youth and families in achieving greater independence and emotional well-being.

The Executive director Sharon M. Jones has been providing effective parenting & community support services to high-risk/at-risk youth and families since 2011 in Hayward, Ca.

Sharon M. Jones earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Union University, Cincinnati, OH. in Maternal Child Health, dual Master Degrees in Counseling Psychology with a Marriage Family Counseling emphasis and Forensic Psychology from Holy Names University, Oakland, CA. She is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist/Faith-based counselor & Life Coach.  She is currently completing a Ph.D. in Social Justice and Higher Education Leadership with a focus on at-risk youth and the barriers to achieving higher educational success.

New Insight Family Support Services staff includes: Parenting educators, case managers, life skills instructors, group facilitators, counselors.
