OUR HOME PHASE 5 - MENS RESIDENTIAL HOME
MISSION - To provide a safe and healthy stable environment for a men's residential home. We provide community services for men in need of housing support and a better way of living. "Our Home" Phase #5 focuses on the Health & well-being of men displaced by post-incarceration & traumatic life events. We incorporate our practices from a holistic approach. We focus our programs on the individual person to include their emotional, physical, educational, spiritual & socio-economical needs.
